I'm just running a simple BIAB set up with a turkey fryer and a laptop but after a couple simple SMaSH's to get my technique down, I got a nice buzz going with a fantastic third batch that tastes like what I want Fat Tire to taste like. Meanwhile I was waiting on a couple of bottles of batch #4, a hop bursted SNPA, to finally chill. And Blame!! How sweet it is!!!! I can't believe with the help of forums such as this that I can make a beer that I would pick up before settling for a commercial brew.

Makes me what to slap my daddy! (for raising me on BMC) I've seen the light:rockin:
