It's being some time some brew shops are selling Yakima hops here in Brazil. One of the thing that fascinates me is the Lot lookup, containing all the info from the lot, specially the HSI value. So I would like to use this value instead of the generic one I get from beer smith and estimate the current alfa acid ... but then, where is the production date? Anyone knows? Barth Haas have this info explicit in the package (but unfortunatelly does not provide HSI info)...
For example, I have a bag of Mt Hood Lot P92-CBUMTH8310 - original 4,8%aa and HSI 35,7%. I'm guessing Nov 18 as production date, as far as I read this is more or less 1 mouth after crop... but not feeling confident in that.
I already sent two emails to their site but with no response. Anyone could have some more precise info to share?
