Gotcha, yeah that's the same shank style I have with these on them

That quick connect looks pretty slick though. I might have to upgrade to those in the future, but I don't really see myself disassembling the hoses much once they are all put together.

Im not going to disconnect them, I just didnt want to fight with trying to force that hose on, the Bev Seal is quite hard, I can see it would be tough to get that on there...

Do you know about the boiling water trick to soften the tubing?

yeah I read through a bunch of different threads, seems a heat gun works better, but still tricky...

I used enough curse words with the rest of the build... so I took the easy way out... 5 bucks... not worth that aggravation :)

Not sure what the Bev seal is made up of... but its really quite hard and stiff.. not like reg tubing at all...

Oh I've never used it, so I'm glad there's an easy solution!

More progress today, I got the lights installed :) looks nice, bunch of different colors modes etc.. got the other hole routed out for the fan.

Still debating on where to put the two temp probes... on the side? or in front? Was thinking on the side...

Epoxied the top on, now will take it apart and haul it all upstairs...

Finally got it hauled upstairs... wasnt too bad. Put the seal on the lid, and sealed up the back, ran the tubing, love those slide in connectors for the Accu Bev Seal... literally takes 2 seconds to install them!!!

grabbed the kegs from downstairs and put everything in and fired it up... I have two thermometers, one for the tower, one down deep... inside is 39 degrees, tower is 42ish will see how it is after 24 hrs... will hook up the kegs tonight and see if it works :)
