Hello all!

Looking to buy my first Wort chiller, and am looking at the 41 plate chiller from OBK. Wondering if any of you have any experience with this chiller and can rate it for me, or if you have any other suggestions. I have looked at the Blichmann Therminator which has great reviews, but I would like to buy something a little less expensive if possible.

Thanks for your input!

I have the Duda, B3-12A-20ST & recirculate back into the kettle.

Chills 5 gallon batches pretty quickly.

You can get the duda diesel equivalent to the blichmann which is the same size with the same amount of plates and dimensions only it has the water and wort ports on the same side... for $85... or buy the B3 23A 20 plate model which is longer (longer works better than more plates) and works about 25-30% better than the therminator for $114 from duda... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Beer-Wort-C...hash=item51c4cdf765:m:mgD2-m58EPipgz1A-j1GuAQ

there is another thread about this from last week if you do a search here.

I use the b3-23a and it works very well.
