Worst Food-Beer Pairing?

Wow, sign me up. That sounds amazing.

I went to one recently where they paired Goose Island's Sofie with a shellfish chorizo and some grilled octopus and leeks. Never in a million years would I have thought to pair Mexican style sausage with Belgian style beer, but it was one of the best pairings I've ever had.

Walter likes lingonberries, too? I thought that was just the nihilists.

Apples and or pears with any beer. It was like a small nuke in my belly!

Both go well with cheeses and saison, golden ales, blondes, etc.

Had a barrel aged old Rasputin, got halfway through it and SWMBO can home with Mexican food. That's a good way to kill a 20$ beer.

( the half of it I had before Mexican food was delicious though)
