winter ale recipe

I looked around but couldn't find a good recipe for winter/holiday ale. Figure this is the time to brew it and let it age until this winter.

Does anyone have a good malt recipe they would like to share?

I'm going to brew Denny Conn's Burbon Vanilla Porter and call it Christmas. Actually, I think I may change it to rum...
