Wine Storage

I have made a couple of batches of fruit wine recently. I have just bottled peach, banana and blueberry. I have about 70 bottles total. I don't have a basement or refrigerator space to store them, would a dark close be an ok place to store them and how long do you think they will keep? My home temp never goes above 70 and never below 60f.

Were they sulfited? That'll help ageability. Also depends how long you expect to have them. Years, maybe not, a year or two, you're probably fine.
