Hi all,

I'm wondering if my wine is done fermenting and ready to be transferred to the carboy if the SPG is .098? Not sure what other info would be relevant to answer the question.

It sounds like the SG is .998? But yes, anytime you're under 1.020 or so, it's fine to rack to secondary and top up and airlock.
