This beer was made to take advantage of my club's Barrel Project program. It is being aged in a fresh Buffalo Trace Single Malt barrel. 11 brewers brewed the same batch of beer.

My batch topped out at 10.25% ABV (1.116 OG, 1.035 FG). The group ranged from 1.125 to 1.099 OG.

How did it turn out? I don’t see a lot of wee heavy recipes & reviews on hbt - can you tell us more about this ?

That's a lot of grain to mash for 6 gallons of wort.
Jus' sayin...

😲 That’s as close as I can get to an “I’m impressed” emoji. 10.25, barrel aged. Nice.
