This beer was made to take advantage of my club's Barrel Project program. It is being aged in a fresh Buffalo Trace Single Malt barrel. 11 brewers brewed the same batch of beer.
My batch topped out at 10.25% ABV (1.116 OG, 1.035 FG). The group ranged from 1.125 to 1.099 OG.

1 lbs Crystal 120 (120.0 SRM)
2.0 oz East Kent Goldings (3.2% AA) - 120 Minutes
