I tried a search for this and came up empty. If its out there point me too it.

So will wort scorch at a rolling boil in which case I need to occasionally stir it or once it hits a rolling boil its good to go?

If you get extract settled at the bottom of the kettle, that can definitely scorch. But if you're doing all grain, or if your extract is mixed in completely, then you're good. Cheers!

Yeah its a 1gal all grain batch. I figured I would be good but better safe than sorry. I don't wanna ruin my Oatmeal Stout!

That. It's stuff not completely dissolved and settling out of the wort that can scorch. Extract, hops or whatever one may add to a boil.
