Will these work with CO2?

Hey all,
So my buddy saw these tanks that are used for oxygen, and we were wondering if he got these, if we could use them for CO2 for kegging? If not, is there a good way to oxygenate our wort with them? Thanks.

the output is made for oxygen on that and I doubt you could get a supply place to put CO2 in it either.

At any rate, you could definitely use it for oxygenating your wort, but man that size would last you a lifetime unless you are WAYYYY beyond the legal limit of production.
