will these gas valves work?

I just saw these on ebay and they are normal closed, 110 v and have buna-n seals...is there something i'm overlooking?

Im always very careful when using a valve for gas service. Look for brand names ASCO or similar. Also the threads on this are straight thread, so you may not be able to use NPT fittings.

Look at eBay for quality valves, money should not be a concern when choosing an electric valve that controls gas.

Thanks. I didn't notice the threads. I definitely want quality and it wasn't really about the money. I don't mind paying for quality. I just thought if the product was the same that I liked the looks alot more. The green on the Asco valves is horrible to look at. Thanks for the reply

I guess, I've dealt with them so much I look for that color. I have seen some that are black.

Just curious question what people are using for pilot when they purchase quality valves off of eBay. I purchased this valve, http://www.ebay.com/itm/121333061531?redirect=mobile, but I am having a difficult time finding a method of constant spark when running them off of a Ranco temp controller. Any advice would be appreciated.
