The local farmer's market in my area has some of the best fresh pressed cider I've ever had. They'll only have it in stock for another week or two. That being said, if I were to stock up on it and throw 10 gallons or so in the deep freeze for another batch of cider this winter, will it have any negative effects on the taste?

No ill effects at all. I've got 6 gallons in my freezer.

Excellent! I didn't think that there would be, but I wanted to make sure before I fill up the freezer.

It will expand when you freeze it, so just make sure you drink about 3/4 Cup out of each gallon before you freeze it. Would hate to open a freezer and see 10 burst bottles of cider.

Good advice, thanks!
