why not using both :D

Ill brew the 11-11-11 tomorrow! hard to get a good eff since I changed my mash tun and have too mush head space. If im getting 75 ill be happy! Last batch with like 23 pounds of grain I had like 68 :( Which wasnt so high for my IIPA (tits up IIPA) but will get the hops taste anyways! :)

Enjoye ur WE brew!

I would do cascade but that's just my preference.

I'm brewing a belgian wit or a chocolate stout on Sunday. It's a toss up which one I'll do. I'd like to do both but I am a night person and it gets cold early now. I can only do one before I'm ready to call it a day.

Made 2x5 ag batches today; 5 gallons of a coriander honey rye ale and 5 gallons of a nut brown ale.

I brewed a brown ale then added oatmeal and 1lb flaked rye and pulled 2nd runnings for another brew... for the 2nd though I added 2 cans of lme, then pitched some muntons dry yeast. I hope I didn't screw myslef on the yeast cause' I didn't use the premium muntons dry yeast... of well, it was more of an experiment than anything... on the first brew I pitched WLP013 - the brew shop was out of wlp002 - the one I wanted.
