Who's brewing this weekend (Feb. 16-18)?

On Saturday I'm brewing a American Amber Ale and if I feel up to it on Sunday I'll do a Irish Stout.

I will be brewing my 3rd AG batch. I plan to do a double IPA. Bunch of 2-row, some cara-pils, a pound of grape nuts and a tater or two. Then I'll load it up with hops and get crazy! Anyone ever done grape nuts in there mash?

Got the starter going right now for a scottish ale, if the weather holds and i feel like it probably one more, don't know what yet.

The beer gods have smiled upon me. Wasn't sure when I'd brew next. Then this storm hit and figured no go. Well, I'm off work because of storm, SWMBO will be out with friends all day, and the kids want to go to daycare for their postponed Valentine's party!

Going skiing this weekend, but I brewed a Belgian Strong Ale on Tuesday and just finished bottling my IPA 10 minutes ago.

Man, I need more equipment!!

Well I didn't think I was, but I made an order with AHBS yesterday, and since I'm so close, I will get it today. So I think I'll be brewing two batches on Monday. Oh, and I have to transfer the Caramel Cream Ale to the secondary.

Are you using the multi strain? I am seriously interested in getting into Lambics. I am going to ask at a local winery if I can buy an old barrel from them.

I have to bottle my Stock Ale, and I'm gonna try to work in the ESB from the last BYO on Saturday. I need to have some small beer around.
I also need another primary, I'll either have to buy one or use one if my 5 gallon glass secondaries for the first time.
I think I'll be smart and make do with the 5 gallon for now and order another ported Better Bottle next week.

1st time skiier heading to CO? That's like a 1st time driver in a viper. Got an experienced person going with you too? Stick to the runs that you're comfortable with. Learn to slow down, speed kills .
