We made our first batch w/ whole hops yesterday and did not strain out the hops when we moved to the primary. Will this cause any problems with the beer other than loss of yeild?
Thanks guys for all of your help
 
It might make racking to secondary a hassle, and yes you'll lose some yeild. Next time, pour your wort into the primary thru a stainless (EAC) or plastic strainer. Makes siphoning a whole lot easier
