Hello forum
So, I have a cider that tastes fine but is full of white floaty bits. I noticed it after fermentation was complete after going from primary-secondary to keg. I re racked with a hop bag as a filter over the siphon and it looks good. It was floating on top and dispersed throughout the solution and was sticking inside the keg. Quite a bit of it. It feels waxy, has no smell, and the cider tastes like cider. No off tastes or odors.
Do you think its clumps of pectin? What do you think it is?
Thanks cider gurus,
Newbie Steve
