I brewed a white IPA and took my first sample of the fully carbonated product last night.

It tastes like a really great IPA, nice hoppy citrus notes.

Other than the beautiful wit-like nose though, I do not get any indication that this was a WHITE IPA.

My question is that since this beer is pretty young (2 weeks ferment, 2 weeks bottle) will some of the nice Belgian Wit II yeast flavors and corriander come through as the hops mellow and it continues to bottle condition or am I more than likely stuck with this just being a great IPA with no wit characteristics in the taste?

I would let it sit for at least a couple more weeks. I made a White IPA in the spring and it took a little while condition properly but I kegged mine. Once it does, a nice little addition is a slice of grapefruit.
