So fater reading a lot about leaving beer in the Primary for longer and skipping the 2ndary I am going to try it.
But in order to free up a primary for another batch, I have to pick one to throw into a secondary.
Which would benefit the most from this? Or which would least need to be in the primary longer...Just not sure if a certain style is better to go to secondary...or another does a lot better staying in primary....
In short, which would you put into a secondary if you had to pick?
(A) Belgian Triple with OG 1.072 (recipe suggested primary 2week-secondary 8week-bottle condition 2week)
(B) Belgian Dubbel with OG 1.02 (recipe suggested 2week-4week-2week)
(C) Caribou Slobber Brown OG 1.055 (recipe suggested 2-3-2)
Thanks!
