Hi guys, looking for some tips on what to brew next. Looking for a nice lager from a kit - I'm still a novice.

So far brewed a Muntons Pilsner which is quite good for my first ever attempt.

I also have a Coopers Euro Lager conditioning, with extra hop addition.

So any suggestions welcome...

Are you able to ferment very cool (48-50F)? How about 57-60F? This would be actual beer temperature and not ambient air temperature (beer temp can be few-to-several degrees higher than ambient).

What are some of your favorite lager-style beers? I'm sure we can provide ample examples for you to pick from with a little information.

My temp control is okay - can get low temps in winter of ~55F, with plenty of lagging to avoid fluctuations. Next batch will be "swamp" cooled to ensure accuracy.

Lagers of choice are Heineken, San Miguel, Grolsch or similar.
