Quick question.... for the larger scale brewers and pros out there....
Thinking about a luminometer to test our cleaning protocols on stainless tanks (fermenter, bright, kegs, etc). The immediate results and me not having to swab then plate and incubate and go into oh **** mode if it fails a QC check 5 days later seems worth the high cost. BUT this will be on my dime, so I'd like to get something that'll be around for a while.
Looking at Hygenia as a brand but while I know the principals of how the meter works, the companies selling them and big price difference between models/brands has me confused.
I'd most likely be swabbing 5-20x things a week, so low usage.
