Every brew i've made (A whole 6 batches :D), i attached a blow off tube with other end in water and star san. When fermentation begins, the bubble activity is intense. Well, this current brew, a Spiced Winter Ale also has blow off tube. The yeast are in sugar heaven, swimming and eating BUT...not a single bubble in the jug where the other end of the blow off tube is. I'm not understanding why . It's been 24hrs since pitched yeast. Krausen is approx 2 inches and growing. Yeast looks like a colony of ants at a food raid.
I'd be grateful for some feedback.
