I find myself having to do extract brewing for the time being with the two closest homebrew shops both over two hour drives away.
What online homebrew shop(s) has the best selection?

Used to stock Vienna, but I guess I havent seen it in a while.

OK. So NB currently doesn't offer types of DME that is in recipes in How To Brew, 4e. RiteBrew, MoreBeer (, and likely others) do have these items for sale.

The Gold would basically be Pale Ale.

I'll respect your opinion on the taste comparison.

Personally, I taste a difference between Briess "golden" DME (made with "Brewers Malt") and their Pale Ale DME (made with pale ale malt). But I also taste a difference between "Brewers Malt" and "Pale Ale" malt when I brew all grain. So, for me, they are not basically the same.

Back on topic, the question remains:

I'm hoping to find a supplier that also has British extract made from Maris Otter.

Anyone know if Williams Brewing has this in stock? When I looked at their site about a year ago, they had a number of specialty LME varieties.

Williams has a great selection of custom extracts and their prices are reasonable. Also a great outfit to do business with.
