There's a place not far from home that has a private well which has monthly water tests published on their website. June results and July results. I included the results from 2 consecutive months to show the variation. Does this water look OK for brewing basic extract recipes? If not, what should be added to it?

The tap water in Christchurch is very clean but it's chlorinated and while I can dechlorinate it, I don't know the mineral content which I'm sure will vary significantly depending on which wells the water is coming from.

The third option is bottled water, but again, I don't know the mineral content of it.

That's nice, soft water. Great for brewing extract, and for all-grain with some salt additions. Christchurch tap water is similar (according to profiles on brewers friend).
