I'm brewing a honey red wheat beer tomorrow and had a question about when to add the 1.5 lbs of wildflower honey. Should I add it after I mash and pull the bag (BIAB) out, right before I start my boil? I emailed the company and they haven't responded back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The later the better to maintain any honey flavor in the beer. For my honey wheat, I add the honey with 2 min left in the boil. I get a subtle honey flavor in the beer with 2.5 lbs of honey in a 5 gal batch.

Brew on :mug:

Even better, at flame out or after when the wort is cooling. That way, the aromatics aren't boiled off, but you still pasteurize the honey if you're worried about that (I'm not).
