Do I add it when I add the grains? Can I put it in a bag? I assume you add it in the mash. But when to add it is my question
 
In with the other grains. The enzymes in the base malt will convert the corn's starches. BTW, you don't need to mill the corn, just add it as-is.
And it is better if you don't mill it since the flaked corn works as a filter on the smaller grain bits. (Keeps it cleaner).
