Hi guys, I'm new to the forums (posting anyway) and just building my keezer at the moment. Just a question about what will happen when my co2 bottle gets low or runs out. Since the pressure from the co2 bottle will stop/reduce does this mean the higher pressure still in the keg will start to push back up the gas line and into the regulator? Any chance of beer feeding back up the gas line? I will look to add a check valve just in case but I am trying to understand exactly what would happen in this situation?

Looking forward to my first kegged beer in the next week or so :)

Cheers. Scott.

As long as the beer level in the keg is below the c02 dip tube its impossible. When filling kegs I always turn the c02 post away from me so I can ensure to stop filling the keg a little below the c02 dip tube.
