i just boiled up a 3 gallon batch and wanted to see what your thoughts are on it. everything i had on hand and needed to use up.
30 min boil
4lbs wheat lme
4.2oz sugar
.5 oz cluster fwh
.5oz cluster 20
.5oz el dorado 10
.5oz el dorado 0

starter of wy2112 cal common at 56
the air lock smells amazing
