What's my CO2 tank date?

Hi guys,
I just got a old CO2 tank that I want to use as a spare one.

I don't know the date of it, here's what is on the tank:

CTC/DOT-3AL1800-15#CO2

V68028 LUXFER 1A87

I think it's a 15 pound, but I don't know the date.

What do you think?
