What's eating my leaves?

Hey everyone, we're in our 4th year with our hops plant, and until maybe a week ago it was looking full and beautiful, but now something is eating our leaves and doing quite a lot of damage. Any idea what it could be, and how to treat without using chemicals? It's the first time we've had trouble with this, and Google honestly has not helped. Hoping someone here can point me in the right direction!

You could put out a shallow saucer with beer at nite and in the morning if you have slugs then you can spray with Bt.
