I recently brewed a Blue Moon that I got from my local brew store. So any way, good activity with the yeast for a couple of days. Moved it to the secondary after a week and had something floating on top that best resembled bread crumbs. It was still there a week later when I moved to the keg. I didn't think about getting pictures. Any idea as to what this is, and if the beer is bad? Thanks for the help.

Yep, I'm with unionrdr on this (no surprise there). This happens all the time. Generally, if you have an infection of some kind you will really know it. Every beer has a different look to it's krausen and almost always little 'stuff' like this is just fine. Feel free to take and post a photo next time if you are unsure. Cheers!
