what type of bottle

This is my first real season at home brewing.I am confused can meads be bottled in beer bottles or should they be put in wine bottles? At present I have apx. 6 cases of empty beer bottles and access to all the empty wine bottles I want.

Beer bottles are designed to hold pressure........... wine bottles are not necessarily (except sparkling wine bottles). If your mead is carbonated you need beer bottles..........
