Hey Yall,
I got a crisp $100 bill for my birthday and am looking to spend it on homebrewing equipment. I'm currently brewing all-grain in 10 gallon batches and have a kegerator that fits two corny kegs. I've got a 30 gallon mash tun with a false bottom, copper coil wort chiller and prechiller, a 15 gallon brew kettle and a propane burner. Not everything i have is nice, a lot of it has been assembled piecemeal, but it all works pretty good. Oh, I have a grain mill also.

Given the info above, what thing can't I live without? What thing should I get a newer/better version of?

without a doubt, fermentation temp control. Made the single biggest difference in quality when i was starting out.

Fermentation chamber, it's as simple as a chest freezer and controller. I got lucky and found my freezer for 40 bucks on Craigslist
