I brewed a whitbier. It sounded really good but after drinking a few I have come to the decision that I do not like coriander spice. I really don't cook with beer. I don't think this is something I messed up I just don't like it. Use it as a back up beer maybe? Let it age some more and hope it goes away some?

Give it away to someone that does like it. If you just don't like this style, aging it isn't going to change your mind...unless your palette changes that fast. Seriously though, it would make a good gift to a friend that really likes that style/good homebrewed beer.

That is a good idea. Now just to find someone I know who doesn't drink Natural light.

Most places have trick or treating today or tomorrow....

Keep the snickers for yourself.

Hey I got an idea. Middle TN area I have a free whitbier taste testing event at my house. All the free whitbier you can drink while supplies last.

Trade it to your friends for some commercial craft beer. Since you don't like the witbier style trade it 2 for 1. I bet some friends will take you up on it.
