You take the day off from work and get working.... That's what I did yesterday.

Here are the bottles that need to be filled.

Hope that you have a lot of thirsty friends that can be bribed with the finished product.

yes all the same beer all brewed as one batch but fermented in buckets and carboys because it's easier to deal with.
I have not bottled in 4 years, keg only but this brew was not for me. The guy helping me bottle it wanted it for a party coming up. I was not about to tie up my fridge and 7 kegs for two weeks of carbing and he has no way to serve or chill them.
Bottling it was the only choice.

Hah, well then.. thats a pretty good reason to bottle! Looks like you guys had a good time anyway. Hopefully the party appreciates all of your hard work!

Are their any concerns with priming sugar not equally distributing in a batch that large?

Thats what I was wondering...I am thinking that you would probably have to occasionally stir it as you are bottling to make sure the priming sugar stays mixed well.

I am curious to find out if all of them are carbed equally after it is all said and done...

That is a small concern. I put the sugar (36oz) into a half gallon of water and boiled it for 30 minutes, chilled it and then put that into the barrel. I then racked the beer into it with the hose kind of coiled on the bottom to make it swirl. I then let it sit for 1 hour before I started to bottle.
I should have taken a gravity reading when I started but I did not think of it. I did take one at the end after all the bottles plus 3 extra 12oz and one half gallon flip-top was filled. It was 1.020. that's .008 over the FG.
I would not think that dissolved sugars would settle out.
