Hi all!
As summer is here and I have more time to brew I am looking for 5 gallon batch recipes of your house favorites you are willing to share. All grain of course, which is why I am posting here. My house pours are the " Edmund fitzgerald clone" and the " raging Irish red"

What makes your crew happy?
cheers
Eric

The Oktoberfest from Brewing Classic Styles is always a big hit for me. Then again, I've been on a lager jag for a while now. ANother great one is Sierra Nevada's Pale Ale clone from their site or Stone's Pale Ale, also on their website.

West coast pils: 100% pils malt to about 5.5% ABV, no bittering hops, lots of flameout and dry hops (American and Australasian IPA varieties), German lager yeast.

My favorite beer I brew for summer time.

+1 for the SN Pale Ale clone. I have been brewing a series of Pale Ales with different aroma and flavor hops. Each has been great Summer time beers.
