What temp is normal racking tubing rated for?

Can I use normal racking tubing in a mash tun to connect the manifold to the valve barb? I don't have the right size silicone and I want to brew tomorrow.

if you mean the flexible tubing and not the hard tubing then yes you can. i do it all the time ... makes the tube nice an limber. just make sure its food grade or you may end up with an off flavor.
