I would like to know what psi I should use for serving out of a corney keg and co2 bottle stored in fridge?

I'm curious about this too. I use about 11, but I find the carbonation level varies over the life of the keg. I try to let it sit about 2 weeks before my first glass. It's usually much more carbonated after I get half way through it.

Is this normal?

Depends on the beer, but 8 - 12 psi is the normal range. Serving and carbing pressures are the same.

British Style Ales 1.5 - 2.0 volumes
Belgian Ales 1.9 - 2.4 volumes
American Ales and Lager 2.2 - 2.7 volumes
Fruit Lambic 3.0 - 4.5 volumes
Porter, Stout 1.7 - 2.3 volumes
European Lagers 2.2 - 2.7 volumes
Lambic 2.4 - 2.8 volumes
German Wheat Beer 3.3 - 4.5 volumes

It's going to depend on your temp and desired carb level. Use this chart to determine that. For set and forget method it can take 2-3 wks to get to equilibrium.

Normally set and forget at 12psi or crank it up to 30psi for 36 hours, no rocking then back down to 12psi for a few days then enjoy.

I hold my kegs at 35.2°F and carbonate and dispense at 10psi, so roughly 2.5 volumes, through 12' of 3/16" ID Bevlex-200...

Cheers!

11-12psi, 38*F, 12ft 3/16" lines = Excellent pours and a nice medium level (around 2.4-2.6) of carbonation.
