What next?

Okay with some Christmas Cash that has come my way, I was looking to step up my beer brewing arsenal. I have a 10 gallon brew pot, and don't think I would venture over the 5 gallon batches, That would kind of take away the need to brew more often, and ability to have variety. That being said, thought go to a mash tun, or possibly kegging and a tap system. Looking for personal input, and if you feel a mash tun would be a good next choice, 5 or 10 gallon. Thanks just looking for some help on what to get next.

If you get a mash tun, I say go at least ten gallon.

You can get away with 5 gallon batches without significant heat loss?

Yes. Just preheat the mash tun.
