found them at petters fro 25 cents a piece

Not a joke here. I drink my "beer from a mason jar" one with my last name and "HHA" etched in the glass. The wide jar gives it plenty of splash room to oxidize and the wide mouth gives a good burst of arroma for my high alcohol IPA's.

Otherwise I follow the rule where the lighter the beer, the smaller the mouth. And vise versa.

I try to stick to glass-by-style but overuse the Bernardus goblet. It just feels right.

Lately the mass krugs have been making more appearances under the excuse of Oktoberfest training.

Where can I find a list of what styles should be served with what glass types? I currently pour everything into one of my pint glasses I've collected from Micro Breweries I've visited across the country. I WILL have my own of course for using in my bar. But would like the proper ones for certain styles when enjoying some HB by myself/with the SWMBO

is there really such a thing?? I also use pint glasses

Drinking from a glass is like drinking from a shady middle man. Cut that bastard out. Keg stand all the way baby.

Usually a standard pint glass...I have a Val Dieu goblet for Belgians and a half-liter mug for my 22 oz.ers...also have a set of Paulaner pilsner glasses but don't use them too much.

I have a large selection as a friend owns a bar and gets them from the distributers to try different beers. I have the same one Erick the red has...

Most times it just a regular pint glass

My new favorite glass is the 0.5L glasses that I bought from the Gordon Biersch Brewery/Restraunt. They hold 0.5L plus the head, taper in at the top, and are light compared to a standard pint glass.

I have a about 5 or 6 different glasess (can't remember, drinking that dam ed worts apple wine right now). But I think you really have to find the right glass for the particular brew. I really think it enhances the taste, whether a frosted mug or a tall pilsner glass. Hey, this is art what we do, the glass is like the frame on the painting it enhances the beauty of the painting. Hey that was pretty profound, heh.

There's an article in the March '08 issue of All About Beer magazine on Glassware that describes which type of glasses go with which style of beer

Well, sometimes, anyhow.

Most of the time, I use a pint glass or a 16 oz mug. I'm not a huge glass collector, although I do love my skull mug. Pic is not mine, but it is the same mug from the Treasure Island in Vegas.

I've been drinking homebrew from the skulls of my victims lately. Works for me!

Winner. :rockin:

I have about 234279879 pint glasses that are from various microbreweries that are mostly used. I also have a couple of wheat glasses and some .4 liter mugs with room for head.

Hey...I have one of those! I don't bust that one out very often though.

For the past 2 months, I've been using something along these lines...

I've got about a half-dozen standard pint glasses I use from time to time, but usually I'm drinking out of one of these:
