1 oz cascade 1 oz fuggle @flameout/steep 15 minutes at 180
Malty octoberfest feel but with a 05/04 yeast mix.
Fantastic beer worthy of a share but don't know where

You don't give any numbers but that recipe looks pretty much classic American Brown territory, although in the UK it would probably be regarded as a porter or 90/-. Personally I'd want less carbonation on that style of beer, but that's just me.
 
Stuff like FG and ABV that I can't be bothered to work out...:)

Hey, I'm a Brit from the north, I grew up thinking the One True Way to serve beer is through a handpull with a sparkler - but I still don't particular care for overly carbonated dark beers, there's just something about that combination of overt carbonic acid and dark malts that isn't my taste. It's not so bad with nitrogen, so it's not just a fizz thing.
