Looking into upgradeing brew pot. Right now i have a job lot ss 22qt brew pot. Looking for something bigger. We are doing partial extract and grain right now and will be moving to all grain in the future mostlikely. How many gallon pot should i be looking for and what features? Also how thick of a pot? We were going to get 8 gallon but don't want to sell my self short.

if it was me, I'd get a 15-16 gallon pot so you have the option of doing 10 gallon batches. I almost always brew 5 gallons, but have never looked back after switching to my 15.5 gal keggle.
