what ale to brew with Hallertauer 4.1%

Big brew coming and don't know what to brew, something pale ale-ish or IPA with honey so I can call it "Honey, IP".
 
Hallertauer & IPA don't really go together. Lots of other things you can do with Hallertauer, though. Good for any German or Belgian beer. Good for virtually any lager. I actually like a bit in the finish of some Pale Ales, as long as you're going for English or East Coast styles.
 
Hallertauer is one of my favorite hops, and I've made a very tasty IPA with it. Certainly not to style, but tasty if you like them.

Oh, I love Hallertau hops. I use them all of time. I just done think they'd do much for an IPA. All that makes interesting and great would be overwhelmed by all their IPAness.
