Hi All
I would like to check some suggestions for the hop schedule.
It is based on Danny Kong IPA hop schedule, but I would like to use Simcoe, centenial and amarillo only. Please check the schedule as follows.

IBU : 70
Expect OG : 1.070
Expect FG : 1.010
7g centenial mash hopping
7g simcoe mash hopping
35g magnum first wort hopping
42g lupomax amarillo 75 degreec 25min
16g centennial incognito dip hopping
7g lupomax centennial dip hopping
42g lupomax amarillo 22 degree c day 4
49g cryo simcoe 6 degree c for 4 days
49g simcoe 6 degree c for 4 days
39g lupomax centenial 6 degree c for 4 days
39g centenial 6 degree c for 4 days
7g cryo simcoe keg hopping 3 days
Hot side
1. Mash hopping
The majoy purpose is not for thiol pricercer. It is to reduse the iron ion. The concep is from Scott janish
2. Boil hop
Only used Magnu. It is to create simple and clear bitter flavor
3. Whirpool hop
Only lupomax Amarillo. Although the survive compound of amarillo hop is low, and amarillo hops suposse used in cold side. However, used the amarillo hop in here is created the background of the flavor of the beer. It is just like the Danny Kong which used Cryo cascade in here
4. Dip hopping
Used Incongitno and small amount of cryo centennial to create more flavor
Cold side
1. Dry hop cryo Amarillo first.
That's because the survive compound of it is low. So, I dose it first in order to prevent simcoe and centennial dry hop interferenc and cover the flavor of amarillo. It is used to make it as the background flavor.
2. Major flavor to dose cryo and T90 for simcoe and centenial
3. Smallmount amount of cryo simcoe to extend the flavor
