hi all
I was thinking about purchasing a bigger kettle, 20Gallon. there seems to be a abundant number of manufacturers, styles, and so forth. does anyone have good info between welded fittings and weld-less fittings on a kettle? is the weld-less easier to clean? what would be the pros and cons to each?
any info would be appreciated, thanks all..

Just here to sing praise of brewhardware's weldless bulkheads.
If you go weldless, go there.

I used a brew hardware solderable pull-thru fitting for my valve and weldless for thermometer. I would occasionally scorch the gasket on the valve fitting so I am very pleased with the solderable in that position.

Bobby's flat gaskets work a lot better than the round ones sold by others, in my experience.
