Hey everybody,
I am getting married in a few months and since we don't like champagne, we decided to hand out homebrew for the toasts.
I am brewing about 4-5 batches and so far I have3 done.
My only problem is gushers. So far none of my batches i sampled had gushers, but I have this fear of me giving a toast and everybody opening their beers to have them explode over all the guests.
So my question is, what can I do to not have that happen? Is there anything I can do to lower the chances of gushers once I have already bottled?
Thanks
