I'm in the process of brewing a wheat beer using Fermentis WB-06. It started bubbling the day after brewing, bubbling every 5 seconds or so, and it's now been three weeks, still bubbling but has slowed down to once every 1-2 minutes. The SG is down to 1.015.
Question: It already has a decent ABV, I'd like to go ahead and keg it but not sure if I need to wait until it stops bubbling completely? Other beers done with a different yeast were bubbling none stop after the first day, completely done by day six or so. Any concerns with kegging now or should I wait until it completely stops?
Thanks,
Matt
