water drainage question

I have a cold room in my house that ive been thinking of turning into a brewing room eventually, but the problem is i have no water in that room.
I can easily run the water pipes to get water in that room, but the drainage would be a problem since the cold room is in the basement. The room does have an old well that was used in the 70s but the previous owner had filled the well with gravel and i was wondering if i would be able to drain water in there, or would it be better to get a pump of some sort and pump it to the same place the rest of the water goes.

I'd get a pump. The hole(well) in the floor can get funky smelling really quick.

I ended up putting in a cheap laundry type sink and a five gallon version of this. Basically it is a tub with a pump in it. You run your drain to it, and then it pumps the waste material up to the ceiling so you can then use gravity to get to your sewer line.
