Anyone ever drink a wasatch white label? It is an amazing belgium wit. Hints of orange and corriander otherwise very smooth a little sweet very clear not much haze. I would like to make something similar, suggestions?
It seems like a Blue Moon bumped up to 6%, and a bit less of the classic Wit. Even the Wasatch Brewery website references Blue Moon in the description for White Label.
The recipes are close to a classic WIT like Hoegaarten, but the end result has more residual sweetness, is a bit thicker.
The good news is that there are dozens of good Blue Moon clone recipes...bump the starting gravity up a bit, don't skimp on the wheat...and maybe mash a bit warmer than usual.
